Founded in 2012 in Boston, Massachusetts, we are an international foundation consisting of community leaders, working professionals, university students, and social service volunteers. We currently have field offices in Tbilisi, Georgia; Yerevan, Armenia; and Fairbanks, Alaska.
What brings us together is our belief in the values of life and growth. Therefore, we take inspiration from the symbolic meaning of a seed–that which imparts life, that which requires patience and long-suffering for it to grow properly, that which may start out small but can produce and reproduce in abundance. Our desire is to sow and invest in people, and especially in children, our most valuable natural resource. They are indeed like a seed, full of promise and potential. We strongly believe that wherever there is youth, there is hope. The key is providing the rich soil in which they can flourish.
